Donald Coleman

Donald Coleman is an NFEC Certified Personal Financial Wellness Consultant℠, as well as the Founder and Chief Evangelistic Officer of Semper Kaizen Corp, a "human development" company. He is also the President-Elect of the San Diego chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Donald believes with all his heart that people can live a vibrant life and manage money well, no matter their socioeconomic background; however, what most people don't know is to be successful at both requires learning new skills. As a result, he founded Semper Kaizen Corp. with the goal of providing access to certified coaching and professional training in San Diego County, because no one should be left behind. Donald spent the last 20 years working in the credit union movement as a Vice President in San Diego. Under his leadership and personal direction, his team helped thousands of families gain control of their spending, overcome credit challenges, and purchase homes through his holistic customizable "Kaizen Approach." He has presented hundreds of educational workshops, including at the University of California San Diego, San Diego State University, CalTrans District 11, and the local California Employment Development Department. Additionally, he served on the Housing Opportunity Committee at the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
